These Terms of Use ("Terms," "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between STARJAB Trading and Services WLL ("Company," "STARJAB," "we," "us," "our") and you ("you," "your," "User," "Customer"). By accessing, browsing, or making purchases on this website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations.

2. BUSINESS SCOPE

STARJAB Trading and Services WLL operates exclusively within the State of Qatar. We do not accept international orders or ship outside Qatar. All transactions, shipping, and services are limited to customers within Qatar only.

We reserve the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Changes become effective immediately upon posting to the website. Your continued use of the website after modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We recommend reviewing these Terms periodically.

4. NO RETURNS POLICY - ALL SALES ARE FINAL

4.1 All Sales Are Final : All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for any reason after delivery has been completed, including but not limited to:
Change of mind
  • Ordering the wrong product
  • Product not meeting expectations
  • Size, color, or specification dissatisfaction
  • Any other personal reasons
4.2 Inspection Upon Delivery - IMMEDIATE ACTION REQUIRED You MUST inspect all products immediately upon delivery in the presence of the delivery carrier. This is your only opportunity to identify and report issues.
4.3 Damaged, Defective, or Malfunctioning Products at Delivery We will only accept returns for products that are:
  • Physically damaged during shipping
  • Defective or malfunctioning upon arrival
  • Broken at the time of delivery
  • Incorrect item delivered

CRITICAL REQUIREMENT

You must report damage, defects, or malfunctions IMMEDIATELY at the time of delivery:

  • Refuse acceptance of damaged packages or inspect the product completely before accepting delivery
  • Document any damage, defects, or malfunctions with photographs and/or video in the presence of the delivery carrier
  • Contact us immediately (within 1 hour of delivery) at +97459951863 with photographic/video evidence
  • Do NOT accept delivery if the packaging is visibly damaged
  • Do NOT accept delivery if you discover the product is broken or malfunctioning during inspection
4.4 No Returns After Delivery Acceptance Once you have accepted delivery:
  • NO returns will be accepted for any reason
  • NO exchanges will be processed
  • NO refunds will be issued
  • This policy applies even if you discover issues hours or days after delivery
  • Acceptance of delivery constitutes acceptance of the product in its delivered condition
  • 4.5 Return Requirements for Damaged/Defective Items If you need to return a damaged, defective, or malfunctioning product, you MUST return it with:
  • ALL original packaging materials
  • ALL package stickers intact and attached
  • ALL product labels and tags attached
  • ALL protective covers and wrapping exactly as delivered
  • ALL accessories, manuals, and included items
  • Product in the exact same condition as delivered (except for the reported defect)

DATA PROTECTION

The owners and operators of this website take the protection of your data very seriously. We treat your data confidentially and according to the legal data protection regulations and this privacy policy.

The use of our website is usually possible without providing personal data. Personal data, such as your email addresses, is always provided to us voluntarily and only when you subscribe to our newsletter. Other personal data, including your name and address, is only required if you are ordering goods.

An external, PCI-compliant payment gateway (PayPal, Stripe) handles all credit card payment transactions.

4.6 Our Responsibility If you properly report damage, defects, or malfunctions at the time of delivery as outlined above AND the item is returned with all original packaging, stickers, covers, and labels intact, we will:

  • Review your photographic/video evidence
  • Inspect the returned item and verify all packaging components are intact
  • Verify the claim with the delivery carrier if applicable
  • Provide a replacement or refund at our sole discretion
  • Cover return costs only for verified damaged/defective/malfunctioning items that meet all return requirements

We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not include complete original packaging with all stickers, labels, and covers intact.

4.7 Your Responsibility It is your sole responsibility to:

  • Be available to receive and thoroughly inspect the delivery
  • Examine products completely before accepting delivery
  • Report any issues immediately to both the carrier and us
  • Provide clear photographic or video evidence of any damage, defects, or malfunctions
  • Understand that acceptance of delivery constitutes acceptance of the product condition

5. MANDATORY STOCK AVAILABILITY CHECK

5.1 Check Before Ordering - MANDATORY Before placing any order, you MUST contact us to verify product availability. This is a mandatory requirement.

5.2 High Turnover Inventory Due to high sales volume, we may run out of stock at any time without prior notice. Product availability on the website does not guarantee stock availability.
5.3 Orders Without Prior Confirmation If you place an order without first confirming stock availability with us:

  • No liability will be accepted by STARJAB for rejected orders

5.5 Order Confirmation An order confirmation does not guarantee that we have accepted your order. Your order is only confirmed when we contact you directly to arrange delivery after verifying stock availability.

6. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY (QATAR ONLY)

6.1 Delivery Area We deliver only within the State of Qatar. We do not ship internationally.

6.2 Delivery Schedule

  • We deliver Sunday through Thursday, excluding Qatar public holidays
  • Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed
  • Estimated delivery time: 1-3 business days within Qatar after order confirmation
6.3 Delivery Limitations
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, traffic, or circumstances beyond our control
  • Delivery times do not include order processing time
  • Customer must be available at the delivery address
  • 6.4 Failed Delivery Attempts If delivery cannot be completed due to your unavailability:
  • We will attempt to contact you to reschedule
  • Additional delivery charges may apply for re-delivery
  • Orders may be cancelled if delivery cannot be completed after multiple attempts
6.5 Risk of Loss Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon your acceptance of delivery.

7. PRICING AND PAYMENT

7.1 Currency All prices are displayed in Qatari Riyals (QAR). This is the only currency we accept.

7.2 Pricing

  • All prices are in QAR and include VAT where applicable
  • Prices are subject to change without notice

  • 7.3 Payment Methods We accept the following payment methods ONLY:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) - Pay cash when you receive your order
  • Fawran Transfer on Delivery - Transfer payment via Fawran at the time of delivery

  • Cash on delivery orders can be refused at delivery (order will be cancelled)
